Just been informed by tui that port benidorm Hotel is to have more major building work starting in October have you any ideas what's involved as we are booked in November for 2 weeks for the festival period? Thanks Tony

Remember being in Salou several years ago when it was the Euros and the San Juan festival, very busy bars, entertainment and fireworks, unfortunately we were due to return home the next morning so left early for the airport.

We are in the hotel in the TV programme

Hi Lucy love Sant Juan I celebrate it up here in Barcelona where it's a massive event(dare I say bigger then the Valencia region). The whole Catalan coast is full plus we still have the bonfires up here . Hope you had a great one

Just got home 😢 had a fantastic time I love benidorm but this time I got sun stroke I've suffered for days. I'm not ever drinking the amounts I drank sat in the sun again I didn't realise how dangerous it is.😂 not put me off returning in August tho 😂😂😂❤❤❤

Good stuff as ever Lucy. As a lifetime non smoker I noticed more bars in Greece recently offering separate outdoor seating areas for smokers and non smokers. Is that a thing in Benidorm? If so maybe a wee video???? 😊👍🏼
